Is the Price per Cottage or per person?

  • You pay for the person, although we do have a maximum amount of people who can stay in each cottage.

Do all cottages have double beds?

  • Yes, All of our cottages are double beds. We also offer bed for extra person for additional costs. See our prices here.

Do I get fresh towels and soap ?

  • Yes, and much more. You will find also basic refreshment drinks and local magazines and newspapers.

Is breakfast included?

  • If you reserve in groups and stay in package deals we will provide breakfast. But we welcome you to our hygienic restaurant for the varieties we offer, to taste, which operates from the sunrise to midnight.

Are all the cottages same?

  • From each cottages you can get the enchanting view of the Ketti valley, fresh and nature fresh cool air and the gorgeous morning sun rise.

Are the cottages safe?

  • Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best cottages.

Can I call from the cottage?

  • There is a block on "0". It means that you can make free phone calls around Ooty, but long distance calls are not allowed. However, we can make arrangements from the front-desk to connect your telephone national, mobile or international. The charges will be added in your bill.

Can you reserve a pickup service from the airport from Coimbatore?

  • Yes, please let us know your request in advance and will arrange it for you.

Where can I park my car ?

  • You can park your car inside the resort. We have very clean, secured car-park with plenty of space.

What kind of entertainment I can get inside the Resort?

  • We have a hi-fi digital home theater with wide screen(35mm) projection where we play English, Hindi and regional movies.
  • Also we have video games for your kids.
  • All the cottages have color televisions with about 50 channels(Includes English, Hindi and regional)

How do I pay?

  • You pay us in cash (Indian Rupees) or by credit cards (surcharges extra), for the whole stay once you have seen your accommodation. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU IN ADVANCE. In specified cases we also allow banking transfer.

What does the check-in look like?

  • On arrival our representative will note your check-in time and will take you to your Cottage. Check-in is after 12 midday although you may be able to check in earlier if someone checks out before 12 or if the cottage was empty on the previous night.

How can I make my reservation with minimum delay?

  • Send a request for your preferred cottage and write into the comments field that if available you are reserving the cottage provisionally. If we reply that the cottage IS available, secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation letter. Even quicker way is, however, telephone booking. NOT CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.

How do I secure my booking?

  • Like most of accommodation businesses nowadays, we need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for mutually binding reservation require your guarantee. As a rule, we can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending just on your choice and current availability. However, before sending confirmation letter, we will necessarily ask you for your credit card number and expire date. The details can also be safely sent to us by fax or simply phoned to our booking department in our working hours. Another option is sending a check (30% of the total price) to our account. Details if necessary.

How long does your company exist ?

  • In early January 2003 it was 4 years since the company had been founded in Ooty. We were a well known company in the region maintaining serviced cottages. At present, we offer a widening range of services and are experienced to make your stay safe and pleasurable
